Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Third-Party Warranty: Products sold on Parastech.pk are covered by warranties issued by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers. Parastech.pk acts as a reseller and is not directly responsible for warranty fulfillment once the product is sold in working condition.
- 7-Day Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect all items within 7 days of purchase, as warranty begins from the date the invoice is generated.
- What’s Covered: Warranties may include repair, replacement, or refurbished parts, based on availability.
- Warranty sticker or serial number is tampered with or removed.
- Product shows signs of physical damage, electrical surges, water/moisture, or rust.
- Warranty Card: If a warranty card is listed on the invoice, it must be collected by the customer. Claims will be processed through the distributor or brand’s official service canter.
- Software Not Covered: Hardware warranties do not include software issues or support.
- Accessory Disclaimer: Free accessories or additional bundled items do not carry any warranty.
- Support Process: Warranty claims must be submitted through our customer support team as per the details on your invoice.
- Processing Time: Warranty processing may take 3–8 weeks, depending on the nature of the fault and availability of parts. Delays due to government policies or imports may apply.
- Original Invoice Required: Claims without the original invoice will be rejected. Warranty is non-transferable.
- Conditional Claims: In cases where a defect is not clearly a manufacturer fault, claims may be accepted on a conditional basis. These may take longer and are not guaranteed.
- Product Discontinuation: If a product is discontinued, customers may opt for an upgraded version at an additional cost, or receive a refund after deducting depreciation, as per Parastech.pk’s discretion.
- International Warranty: Products with international warranties must be registered with the brand. Parastech.pk can assist with claims upon request (service charges may apply).
- Used Items: Pre-owned products include a 3-day checking warranty only.
- Repairs/Servicing: Services and repairs come with a 3-day checking warranty post-service.
- RMA Required: Customers must present the RMA receipt when collecting their product after service.
- Service Warranty: Covers service only. If a part needs to be replaced, the cost will be borne by the customer, depending on availability.
- 7-Day Replacement: Faulty items due to manufacturing defects can be replaced with the same model within 7 days from the invoice date. Approval from the manufacturer is required.
- Policy Updates: Warranty terms may be updated without prior notice.
- Customer Right to Refuse: Customers can reject these terms within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is sealed and unused.
- How to Place an Order
- Ordering from Parastech.pk is simple. Choose from one of the following methods:
- Online: Add your desired product(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Phone/SMS: Call or text us at +92 316 0047907 with:
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Mobile number & email
- Product name and quantity
Email: Send your order to orders@parastech.pk with the same details above.
- Refund & Exchange Policy
- No Returns: Parastech.pk does not offer refunds. However, exchange is possible under specific conditions.
- Before Opening: If you need to exchange an item, contact us before unboxing or tampering with the product.
- Exchange Conditions:
- Product must be in sellable condition.
- Exchange is only allowed for the same model.
- Clearly state the reason on the invoice.
- Packaging: Original packaging is not mandatory, but product must be unused and undamaged. Return shipping is at the customer’s risk and cost.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement.
- Once the product is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customer Responsibility: You must take reasonable care of the product. If mishandled, you may be responsible for compensation.
- Your Rights: Our policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Usually within 3 working days
- Express Shipping: Some orders may be processed and shipped the same day (extra charges apply).
- Large Orders: Heavy or bulk items (e.g., gaming PCs, casings) may take 2 days to process and 2 additional days for delivery.
- Special Requests: For fragile or special-handling requests, please contact our sales team before ordering (charges may apply).
- Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to:
